Shipping and Returns

Shipped items are to be PAID-IN-FULL prior to shipment.

All items are listed in Canadian dollars.

I do not use PayPal.

I use Canada Post’s Rate Calculator for shipping estimates and begin by quoting Regular Parcel Rate.

I will insure the goods for the amount purchased. If you want more, please let me know.

If there is an onerous effort required to package items, I will include an estimate of time and materials to do so.

If you plan to pickup your purchase, contact me and I will set up a time and provide directions to Fergus.

Customers who wish to pay via ETRANSFER in CDN$ can purchase using the etransfer option. I will require your email or phone number (for text) at checkout in order to respond to you with the amount due.

For the convenience of US and International customers:

When eligible, Olde Trade Tools ships in Canada and Internationally.

Pricing on the Olde Trade Tools Website is in Canadian Funds. So, if you’re an international customer, how do you know what your total costs are in your own local currency?

The Process:

  1. The price of the item in Canadian Dollars
  2. The cost of shipping your goods in Canadian Dollars

Use the Canada Post Rate Calculator link here to estimate shipping:

Use the Postal Code N1M2S5 as the “Sending From” address.

Make sure to put your country as the “Sending To”, along with your ZIP/Postal Code.

I have included Length/Width/Height/Diameter/Weight estimates in the Item Descriptions for the goods. Be careful of the unit systems you choose. I post in inches and pounds. When you are estimating add 3” to each dimension to allow for packing materials. Enter this information now.

Shipments come with $100 insurance. If you want more, select from the “Options” after the first estimates are calculated. You can insure up to $1000.

  1. Add: Item Cost + Shipping Cost +$10 Materials & Handling (Boxes, Bubble Wrap, Tape, Fuel, etc.)
  2. To estimate conversion to US Dollars (or another currency), use the following currency converter:
